We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must not contain excessive amounts of human or animal hair and must not contain any smoke smell.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and make it right.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location.
Homegrown Trends is NOT responsible for delays with US postal service or UPS shipping and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, contact Homegrowntrendsboutique@gmail.com. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow1-3 days for your tracking information to show. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
